What is Employability Support?
YAV Employability Support is a Community Led Local Development (CLLD) programme to structurally support community with employment, skills, training, volunteering and education.
Through our local and national links and partnerships, our YAV Employability Support Workers base themselves in the heart of the community and support as well as equip individuals with skills in order to move into employment or learning which were otherwise hard to access via conventional routes.
